• profile settings such as disabeling/enabeling of receiving comments, private messages and announcement emails, information on search parameters strored in you Search agent, usernames in your blacklist
• links of friend´s homes

Public informations uploaded by you

• informations stored in your profile such as username, your profession (optionally), your age (optionally), your status (optionally), your picture (optionally), list of your uploaded homes with links, list of your favorite homes with links, list of discussions created by you with links, list of your favorite discussions with links, list of last 10 comments posted by you with links, list of last 10 posts posted by you in discussion forum with links
• data stored on the pages of your home (home informations, home description, pictures, picture captions, picture comments, links)
• messages sent to other users, posts posted in discussion forum, comments on homes and pictures sent to other users

History and logs

• time, date and URL of all SeeMyLiving pages visited by you
• the searches you perform on the Site
• technical informations regarding you internet browser (your IP address, version and manufacturer of you browser) and computer (operating system, if possible)

PURPOSES OF USING PERSONAL DATA BY SEEMYLIVING

• publishing the information you intended to be public (see above mentioned Public information uploaded by you)
• allowing you to correctly use the Site
• performing general administration
• investigating fraud and infringements of our Terms of Use Agreement
• generating anonymous statistics about the traffic on the Site, to improve the Services or convey statistical information to third parties

STORAGE TERM AND LOCATION

• information uploaded by you, history and logs are stored during the period of three months after you delete the information or abolish your account
• cookies used on the Site will not be presented longer then 50 days
• your personal data may be stored in a country outside the EU

SHARING YOUR DATA WITH THIRD PARTIES

• third parties can access all information you intended to be public
• your email address and other informations listed in "Private informations uploaded by you" are never shared with any third party
• we may however provide access to your personal data in case of illegal use, or when we receive order from legal authority
• we share your browser type, IP address, current and previous URL, category and quantity of uploaded pictures and geographical location with our advertisement provider for the purpose of targeted advertisements
